My client is dedicated to providing the very best support. They are now looking to recruit a team leader for a care home in Manchester.

To be considered you will need to have a good level of experience in care of the elderly in a senior role. Have an NVQ 3 and be passionate about providing the best standards of care.

The team leader is responsible is for:

Help each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life, surrounded by love, friendship and support within a Christian environment

Ensure the Home delivers excellent person centred care
Provide leadership to the Care Staff within your team

Responsible to:      Head of Care
