We are seeking the best Home Care Assistants. We are based in Horsforth and serve North Leeds from Otley to Wetherby and you must live locally. The position will suit someone with experience of care provision but suitability to the role is more important and the wish to succeed in the challenging environment of care in the home. We need caring, reliable and professionally minded individuals who care passionately about “getting it right” so that we can provide top level care to all our customers.This is rewarding but challenging work and not for the feint hearted. We want the best and are prepared to pay accordingly: £7.00 to 7.45per hour during the week and £8.04 to £9.04 at weekends plus 28pence per mile petrol allowance and 5.6 weeks paid holiday a year pro rata. We also provide a free health care benefits plan for permannt care colleagues. You must be a car owner/driver and have consistant availability. You need to be available from 7.00am plus alternate weekends (OR just evenings & weekends). An NVQ2 or 3 in Social Care is and advantage but not essential as we do provide full training and encourage personal professional development always looking to promote from within the organization.
