We are looking to add to our great team of Care Workers.  We provide care in our customers’ homes, and are passionate about allowing customers the opportunity to stay in their own homes as an alternative to residential care. Our support can include: – Companionship – Taking the customer shopping – Personal care (for example washing and dressing) – Medication support (prompting and administering) and Domestic support (helping our customers keep themselves and homes tidy). Many of our customers are older persons, but we also provide care to younger customers who may have learning disabilities, be younger persons with a stroke or needing help as a result of an accident.

Bluebird Care is the leading provider of private care in the UK.  We expect our Care Workers to have a genuine interest in care and to be professional.  In return, we offer leading rates of pay, a comprehensive training programme and leading support when working out in the field.  You will need a car in order to drive between customers’ houses (we pay for mileage costs).
