Social Work Job – Community Mental Health Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Community Mental Health Team based in Lancashire. This is a 3 Month contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £19 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Drawing up and managing a care plan in conjunction with other professionals.
- Carrying out needs assessments.
- Implementing individual and/or group therapy sessions.
- Assessing levels of risks.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK. All applicants must have at least two years experience within a Community Mental Health Social Services department.
