Social Worker – Older Person’s Physical Disabilities Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Older Peron’s Physical Disabilities Team based in Dorset. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £18 Ltd per hour.

Duties Include -
- To reassess, review and evaluate and monitor care as required.
- Undertaking risk assessments of service users and develop risk management strategies.
- Managing a large and diverse case load.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates must be trained on the AIS computer system.
