Senior Sister

Our client is a leading provider of residential care services all across the UK and are currently looking for a Senior Sister to join their professional, dedicated healthcare team. This post is located in a beautiful rural setting in Derbyshire with easy access to local amenities and public transportation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing the highest levels of person centred care to the residents, have knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly, be a team player and have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a team and have a valid NMC pin number. Our client is looking for someone who shares the company’s vision of providing a safe, fun and friendly environment for all, while promoting independence. The Senior Sister will be responsible for managing the nursing team and will act as support to the Deputy Manager.
