Senior Nurse Job in Winchester, Hampshire

We seek an experienced full-time Senior Nurse job seeker to work as a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to work days (36 hours), leading a motivated team of RNs and Carers.

As a Senior Nurse you should have experience of caring for older people in a nursing home setting, as well as an interest in evidence-based practice and person-centred care.

This is a great opportunity to develop your management skills and progress your career towards becoming a Nurse Manager.

The pay rate is from £13-£13.50/hour depending on experience, with an enhanced rate at weekends – alternate weekends must be worked.

Exposure to performing clinical supervision, appraisals, training, rota management and clinical auditing and infection control is required.
