Senior Nurse Job Solihull

This position is a lead nursing role with one of the countries leading healthcare providers, based near Solihull.

Working in tandem with the home’s management team the Senior Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the clinical standards of the service are maintained to the highest levels. Duties will include supervising the nursing and care teams on shift, staffing schedules, review client care plans and ensure that all client files meet company standards and CQC regulations.

Candidates for this vacancy must be a qualified nurse with experience working within a residential care service, preferably in a charge nurse/senior nurse capacity. They must also possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

The company offer a salary up to £35000 with additional benefits include life assurance and private healthcare.

The position will be based near Solihull, West Midlands.
