Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse/Senior Nurse who is RGN qualified to work within a Nursing and Dementia setting in the Oxford area.
As a Registered General Nurse you will be responsible to assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home this will include:
• Personal Care
• Care Planning
• Building a rapport with the residents and their family members
• Management of the Care Assistants and other members of staff
• Other general nursing duties
Skills needed to apply:
• You MUST have a RGN nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC
• Display strong Leadership and Management skills
• Be flexible and reliable
