Senior Nurse Job or Head of Care Job in Kings Lynn, Norfolk

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior nurse for a Head of Care job for a warm and reputable nursing home in the Kings Lynn area of Norfolk.

Applicants must have good knowledge of nursing home operation, strong elderly clinical skills and previous people management experience to lead a team of dedicated nursing and non-nursing staff.

As a Senior Nurse jobs seeker you should be confident to lead by example and inspire others to provide high quality care to the residents across all required areas.  You will work in conjunction with the home manager to recognise training requirements within your team to improve and strengthen clinical practice throughout the service.
