Senior Carer Job Perthshire

We require Senior Care Assistants for our clients nursing home in a beautiful area of Perthshire in Scotland. You should have excellent knowledge and understanding of working in a care home situation, and be aware of the issues that affect people who are elderly and have dementia. You must be medication trained and be used to managing and mentoring your own team, and ensuring that care plans are updated in line with service users changing needs. Above all you must have a caring nature, be kind and thoughtful, and have a cheerful personality

NVQ 3/SVQ3 is essential for these roles and further opportunities for training and progression through the company will be available, as will the provision of temporary accommodation for anyone who would like to relocate.

Hours will be 39 per week on a rotational shift basis
