Senior Care Assistant – Dementia/Elderly Care – Pool – GBP8.50 per hour – Days OR Nights

Want to be part of one of the most prestigious care groups in the UK? My client is a medium sized nursing and residential home based in Poole, Dorset. They are currently seeking an experienced senior care assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have a choice of day or night shifts.

Within the role you will be responsible to professionally lead the care team during duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of residents and provide care to residents in accordance with their assessed needs to a high standards.

The Successful Candidate Must

Have experience in caring for elderly, dementia patients
5 years’ experience as a care assistant
Hold at least a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
