RNLD Registered Manager Job Wakefield

Green Care Management is currently looking for a Registered Manager (RNLD) to manage a home for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and reporting into the Regional Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment and retention of staff, training and development, budgetary responsibility for the home, senior management meetings and ensuring that a safe and stimulating environment is provided for the service users.

You should hold a valid NMC Pin (RNLD), as well as hold your NVQ Level 4 in Care and ideally have your RMN/LMC. Have previously management experience in a home working for individuals with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour.
