RMN Ward Manager Job Birmingham

Green Care Management is currently recruiting for an RMN / Ward Manager for a large psychiatric hospital based in the Birmingham area. The hospital is part of a recognised, professional national care provider.

As Ward Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day running of this open 20 bed unit for adolescents and adults. Your key duties will include:

*Managing a team of 30 staff

*Providing a safe and stimulating environment for the residents

*Staff development and training

*Administering direct care to the residents

*Acting as a role model for junior members of staff

*Coordinating the quality of care throughout the ward alongside the administrative requirements of the role.

You will be a registered nurse ideally RMN with proven managerial experience ideally gained within a CAMHS environment. You will be a highly motivated individual, honest and forward thinking, who can drive the team forward with effective management skills. Dynamic and resilient, you will be able to demonstrate conflict resolutions effectively.
