Just Medical Recruitment are currently seeking a specialist RMN Senior Nurse experienced in working with services users with Challenging Behaviour for a Job in London. The post is working within a specialist nursing home and more specifically working within a unit that looks after dementia suffers that also show challenging behaviour. The home is part of a small reputable group and would offer good prospects for future career development and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be a 1st level registered mental health nurse (RMN)

- Have a valid NMC PIN number

- Have worked with dementia service users ideally within a nursing home environment

- Have worked with and specialise in working with service users who show challenging behaviour

- Have the ability to lead a team, offering support, advice and training to junior members of staff

- Have a sound understanding of care standards as set by CQC
