RMN / RNLD Nurse Job Torbay

My client is looking for a RMN / RNLD Nurse for a Job within their new all women’s service in Torbay that is due to open in Spring 2011.

This is a brand new service which aims to support women in a successful transition from hospital or residential care back into the community or to a life of their choice.

The service users within this unit will include mild learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, personality disorders or other mental health disorders.

You will work alongside the MDT to provide clinical and social care assessment and individually tailored care packages.

All applicants must have previous experience of working with this client group. You will also be subject to fully enhanced CRB check and employer references.
