RMN Registered Manager Job Berkshire

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for an RMN Unit/Registered Manager for a medium sized Rehabilitation unit for adults with Mental Health difficulties in the Berkshire area.

You will be responsible for the effective operation of the clinical service which will include the delivery of high quality care, compliance with current regulations and legislations, performance management, management of a highly a skilled and motivated staff team and recruitment processes

You will need to be an experienced Mental Health Nurse registered with the NMC and have previous experience at supervisory/managerial level within a Rehabilitation setting.
