RMN Clinical Nurse Manager Job Nottingham
Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN) is required for a small sized care home in Nottingham. The home provides nursing & social care for enduring mental health patients and has an excellent reputation throughout the community. It is part of a leading healthcare provider. The potential for promotion to other management positions is excellent for the right candidate.
RMN Clinical Nurse Manager Job Role:
Manage the home in the absence of the general manager.
Act as clinical lead within the home.
Manage all registered nurses and implement training/induction programs for all care staff.
Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the home.
Perform quality management and audits in the home.
Work with the general manager in improving the quality rating from CQC
Follow up enquiries on private beds
The Candidate:
RMN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home.
Must have experience at supervisory level within a nursing home.
Have a valid NMC Pin Number
Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checks
Understanding the NMC code of conduct
Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Senior nurses will be considered for this role.
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum
