Description for RGN Job Wantage

RGN Level 1 or 2, registered with NMC with a valid PIN number. Preferably to have Dementia care experience.

You must have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly and those with dementia. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work using your own initiative and within in a team, guided by the Deputy Manager and Home Manager and have an understanding of the day to day challenges of the care home environment.

Duties include attending to the physical and emotional care needs of residents. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the applicant.
