Are you looking for a new role within a lovely independent group of care home based in the South East. Our client is looking for qualified RGN nurse with experience of working ideally within a nursing home in environment, to develop and lead the support team for the large nursing home. The home is based in Sussex

As an RGN you will be experienced in management of junior staff, and excellent administration skills to provide a high level of care plans inline with CQC guideline, you will feel comfortable covering a full range of shifts and be able to make clinical decisions.

You will also be committed to developing your team and this role provides an attractive starting salary offering development and progression for the right nurse.
