What we expect from you
You are a level 1 Registered Mental Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number. Additional experience/qualifications in dementia care will be an advantage but is not essential. You care about clinical excellence and you believe in the importance of the right things, done well.
About the role
The impact you will have on residents’ lives will go far beyond care – promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect. As part of a team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, you will get to know our residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a personalised model of care. You will be involved in building close relationships between nurses, residents, families and healthcare professionals. We will also look to you to motivate and mentor your team, delivering teaching sessions and guiding the professional development of junior colleagues.
