RGN Deputy Nurse Manager Job in North London

A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Nurse Manager has arisen to join this small group of care homes. As a Deputy Nurse Manager you’ll assist the Home Manager in the day to day running operations as well as focussing more on the clinical/nursing side where necessary.  Previous Deputy Management experience is essential for this large sized home and the ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background and possess strong staff leadership and motivational skills.  This opportunity requires a RGN and offers genuine career progression.

Deputy Nurse Manager Job Role Responsibilities:

*To deputise for the Manager in their absence, overseeing the management of the home.

*To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the Home – Managing and leading a team of nurses/staff.

*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.

*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.

Deputy Nurse Manager – skills required:

*Proven Deputy Management experience.
*You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
*You will be a RGN and clinically very strong.

Previously successful candidates have experience as a Deputy Manager for a medium/large sized home. Candidates can expect a very competitive salary and to work for a rapidly growing and already successful company in Healthcare sector.
