RGN Deputy Manager Job Northampton

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager (RGN) to assist in the management of a medium-large sized Nursing Home for Dementia clients in the Northampton area.
As a Deputy Manager your duties will include:
• Assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home
• Manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager
• Be responsible for the Clinical staff team
• Assess, plan and deliver high standards are care to all residents
• Be in compliance CQC standards
• Follow policies and procedures
You will need to have a Registered General Nurse qualification and be currently registered with the NMC, good communication skills and be able to deliver excellent standards of care.
