RGN CLINICAL LEAD JOB – BRIDGEND, CARDIFF – WALES

Time Healthcare is currently looking to recruit an RGN to work as Clinical Lead Nurse in a 60 bed Nursing Home in Bridgend, South Wales.

This beautiful, modern Home is part of a well known Healthcare provider and has an excellent reputation within the area.

POSITION: To work as Clinical Lead Nurse, overseeing care standards within the Home, supervising staff, writing care plans and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team.

CANDIDATE: Looking for a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a similar setting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential for this role, and we are looking for someone who possesses excellent clinical skills.

HOURS & SALARY: The hours of work are 38.5 per week, 1 week night shifts and 3 weeks day shifts. The salary is £13 per hour, around £26,000+ per annum!
