Point 9 Recruitment – The Care Management specialists are looking to recruit a Strong, Motivated  Leader for a Large Residential Service near Whitechapel.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic with a strong personality to lead a large service and staff team

RMA or NVQ4 qualified with  – 5 years experience as a manager. This would suit someone who is managing a large home or someone looking for their next challenge.

In return you will be offered fantastic benefits to include a generous salary in the region of £37k, annual leave and benefits package.

You will hold the RMA, NVQ 4, be knowledgeable of CQC regulations and be a strong motivator. You will be experienced with budgets, supervisions and be responsible for the full operations of the home with administration and finance support from head office.
