Regional Nurse Manager
Multi-Sited Care Group – North East UK
Salary:  £27,000 to £28,000
Job Location: Newcastle, North East UK

We are currently recruiting for Regional Nurse Manager to work at a leading care provider based in the North East of the UK.

The Company:
An established multi-sited care company that provide residential and nursing care solutions to various service users including Elderly, EMI, and Mental Health.

The company is an award winning care provider that has maintained excellent care standards and is highly reputable in the region.

The Regional Nurse Manager Position:
The main objective would be to act as a support mechanism to care managers throughout the region. You will encourage and maintain excellent care standards throughout all the homes in the area and provide professional advice where required.

Preferably you will come from a managerial background but this in not essential; there are a number of duties within the role including:

• Trouble shooting
• Auditing and Identifying
• Quality Assurance
• Supporting the home managers
• Exceeding care standards

The Person
Senior nursing experience is preferable but not essential; you must have experience working within a nursing home sector for a minimum of 2 years. You will also hold a nursing qualification either RGN or RMN. If you do not have this then please do not apply.

This position may be suitable for candidates with experience working within the following positions: Auditor, Care Manager, Registered Manager, Compliance, Deputy Manager, Matron, Sister, Senior Nurse, CQC, Quality Service Manager, Governance and Director.
