Description for Regional Manager Job Bristol

Role: Regional Manager

Salary: £45-47k

+ car + benefits

Location: South West

Compass Associates are working in partnership with a national care home provider who are looking to appoint a Regional Manager..

The successful candidate will be responsible for care homes within the South West Region. You will be responsible for line management Home Managers within your region and have financial accountabilities.

The ideal candidate will have multi-site experience and have a background in care home management. It is essential that all candidates hold a registered nursing qualification (RGN). Due to the nature of the job, candidates must hold a clean driving licence be prepared to travel throughout their region.
