Qualified Social Worker Job Suffolk (Adult and Community)

Medacs Healthcare QSW Team are currently recruiting for qualified social workers.

The role is to provide a professional social work service to promote independence and well- being to clients.

You will need to ensure that you support staff undertaking adult assessments.

Other duties of the role include:

Safeguarding vulnerable adults with complex needs.

Carrying out risk assessments

accurate record keeping, writing up confidential and up to date records.

Supporting customers to reach their potential through the provision of creative care planning.

managing a heavy caseload of work and managing time effectively.

You will need to ensure that you hold a recognised social work qualification and GSS registration.
