Description for QSW – Social Worker – Duty and Assessment

QSW – Duty and Assessment

We require a Qualified Social Workers to work within a Duty and Assessment Team in Manchester. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £23 per hour.

Duties Include-
- Initial Assessments

- Supervising and supporting a team of Social Workers in an Initial Response Team, as part of a duty system for all new referrals

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be GSCC registered, hold an in-date CRB and be eligible to work in the UK. All applicants must have recent experience working with a demanding Duty Team undertaking Initial Assessment and Section 47.
