PICU Staff Nurse (London)

HCL Permanent’s client, a private hospital in Central London, is looking for experienced and ambitious PICU Staff Nurses to work in their Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

This hospital has an international reputation for excellence, and is planning to expand its PICU from 7 to 14 beds in total.

In your role as PICU Staff Nurse, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of like-minded colleagues with state-of-the-art equipment at your disposal. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of holistic, family-centred care; assessing patient care needs; and developing, implementing and evaluating suitable programmes of care.

This job is ideally suited to ambitious and talented nurses who wish to develop their skills in PICU, as the hospital will provide you with excellent in-house training, external university courses and a structured career development programme to help you reach your full potential.

*RCN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council is essential to work with this specialist children’s hospital.

Desired Attributes:
• NMC registered or eligible for registration (RCN essential)
• 1 year’s PICU/ NICU experience
