Our client, a national provider of Domiciliary / Home Care requires an Operations Manager for the West Midlands region due to growth.

The successful candidate will be tasked with maximising revenues within the locality through growth. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, defining and ensuring delivery of care services in line with the organisation’s strategy.

It is essential that have previous multi-site experience within Health or Social Care. You must be commercially minded with a real focus on detail and have previous experience in a KPI driven environment.

This role will require a strong character who is relishes the challenge of working in a fast moving and volume driven marketplace.

The package on offer is £45,000 – £50,000 base salary, 20% bonus and car / car allowance.
