On call Care Coordinator Job Fareham

We are looking to recruit for ‘on call’ care co-ordinators for our offices in Portsmouth, Bordon and Fareham.  This is a home based position and the hours of work are from 5.00pm Friday until Monday 8.30 am. Some experience is desirable but training will be given for this role.  We are looking for candidates that are trustworthy, conscientious and professional as this is an emergency number for our vulnerable clients and it is imperative that their needs are met.
