Job Description:
Experienced High Calibre Nursing Home Manager required for a large home in Cambridgeshire.

Job Requirements:
– Proven track record of running a similar sized home.
– Previous CQC reports of previous homes managed required.
– Corporate background essential within a large organisation.
– Candidate must have palliative care, elderly residential care experience and be able to manage a large home, with a similarly large staff team within this well rated home

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
An RGN qualification is ESSENTIAL plus RMA/NVQ5 or equivalent.
