Nursing Home Manager Job Wigan

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN to manage an elderly care home in the Wigan area.

As a Nurse qualified Home Manager you will be expected to oversee the daily running of the home ensuring the highest levels of care are given at all times and the home is adhering to company and CQC standards and regulations. You will supervise and develop the staff within the home with training and supervisions.

The successful Manager will hold their nursing qualification RMN / RGN and ideally their Management qualification or equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate your previous management experience. Previous experience of troubleshooting and turning around services would be advantageous.
