Nursing Home Manager
Leeds – West Yorkshire
Up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefit package
In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of as distinguished care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home for their prestigious service based in the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The well-appointed service provides full time nursing care to elderly residents and residents with varying stages of Dementia. This unique service offers first class care in a modern purpose built facility which has been specially designed to assist residents with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
The role will involve the overall running and management of home ensuring high standard throughout. You will be responsible for managing a large multi-disciplinary staff team where you will be involved in all aspects of staff recruitment, training and development.
Strong Business Management skills are required in this role as is the ability to work with budgets and control costs. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary in this role as you will act an ambassador for the service to attract new business and maintain excellent relationships with residents and their families.
The successful candidate will be a 1st level Nurse and hold either an RGN / RMN qualification. Experienced of working as a Nursing Home Manager is essential in this role as is an in-depth knowledge of Dementia Care.
This is full time, permanent position and is paying circa £40K per annum but can be flexible for the right candidates.
