Nursing Home Manager

My client is looking for a Strong Manager to run and oversee a fantastic 55 bedded nursing home near Cardiff. The home specialises in providing nursing care to elderly and frail residents and those who require palliative care. The successful applicant is required to have experience in leading and developing a staff team. You do not have to be currently practicing as a manager, but you could be a deputy who is looking to step up, my client is very flexible in relation to this and is willing to give the right candidate the opportunity. You do however have to be an RGN and not an RMN for this role. As a strong, private care home provider my client offers an excellent salary, job security and support in fantastic working conditions.
