Night Dementia Care Manager Birmingham

Point Nine Recruitment seek an experienced Dementia Care Manager in the Birmingham area to cover nights.

Our client has more than twenty years experience in delivering effective care. They are now looking for a Night Care Manager to run their purpose built home located near Birmingham which specialises in in dementia care.

The purpose of the job is to plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents

Ensure independence and choice are met.

To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Care Home standards are met.

The salary is £8.53 per hour and the hours are 42 per week. 3 nights on, 3nights off- 8pm -8am.

Dementia Care Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years working in a caring environment
NVQ3 in Direct Care
Good numeric and literacy skills
Basic budgeting and accountancy skills
A warm and friendly disposition
Strong team player
Good communication skills, able to put others at ease
Supervisory/leadership skills
Willing to develop management skills
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of the CQC standards
Eligibility to work in the UK
