Eclypse recruitment is delighted to offer the opportunity to join one of the leading national Residential Nursing home providers in a Senior Clinical standards positions. We are looking for a driven and proactive individual with an exceptional eye for clinical detail and a thirst to deliver exceptional care.

The Homes are registered for Elderly frail and Dementia with EMI so we are looking for a Registered Nurse with Clinical skills and experience in Dementia. Previous supervisory experience is essential as is experience with elderly care.

The Multisite Clinical Lead Job pays a generous salary of up to £35,000 for 40 hours a week. Daily Job Duties may include but are not limited to;

• Conducting walk rounds
• Ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded where possible
• Taking ownership of staff issues including grievances/ disciplinary actions and all other HR issues
• Producing care plans
• Administering medication
• General nursing duties
• Conducting pre admin assessments on behalf of the Home Manager where appropriate
