M.o.D GP Job Brunssum, The Netherlands

Locums are responsible for the provision of the following, in order of priority:

a.         Primary Health Care (PHC) (see QR 1455) for all Service personnel, registered dependents and UK based civilians (overseas) on a daily basis.

b.         Emergency or immediate necessary treatment during published Unit working hours to Service personnel, UKBC`s and others in accordance with Health and Safety at Work legislation.

c.         A cost effective dispensary and medical stores in accordance with the JSP 324, Vol 3 – Tri-Service Primary Care Formulary.

d.         A treatment room providing facilities for dressings, immunisations and minor surgery.

e.         Investigation and attempted control of an outbreak of infection.

f.          Medical inspections, examinations and screenings in accordance with current policy

g.         Clinical occupational medicine casework for UKBC`s.
