Locum Social Worker – Adults Team, Surrey

We are currently seeking qualified Social Workers with Care Planning and Assessment experience for one of our clients.

Duties:
• Arranging care Packages
• Working with Older Adults
• Report Writing
• Making Home and Residential Home visits assessing current care plans

The suitable applicant will have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience assessing current care and implementing new care plans. Applicants must hold social work qualification and have current GSCC registration

If you are a Locum Social Worker looking for a new experience, this will offer you a long term contract with strong, supportive management teams.

• An hourly rate between £17 – 21

These are full time positions and contract length of initially 6 months.
