Support Workers required for Learning Disability clients

Due to continued growth in the business, Allied Healthcare is currently looking to recruit Learning Disabilities Support Workers to provide help and support to people living within their own homes across Maidstone. This will include promoting independence, helping individuals to access the community and support with daily living skills. You can make a real difference to people’s lives whilst working flexible shifts to include: Weekdays & Weekends, covering early starts or late finishes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a specialist and unique service supporting individuals to live independently. Previous experience of working with Learning Disabilities and providing personal care is an advantage, but your commitment to the rights of individuals and an enthusiasm to create new opportunities for people is more important. Full training and development is provided for the role.

We’ll give you all the training you need to provide an excellent service that is tailored to the individual. In return, you will get: holiday pay, a discounted CRB, up to 28 days holiday, free uniform and free specialised training. Successful applicants will require their own vehicle and must have a full Driver’s License.
