My client is a well respected carehome group that is now looking to recruit a Lead Operations Manager for thier small group located in the West Midlands. In order to be considered you will be required to have past experience in managing multiple carehome sites, have an extensive knowledge of the carehome sector, be a registered nurse, have apropriate level of qualification and above be passionate about providing the highest levels of care.
As a member of the Senior Management Team ensure that the group achieves its
Compliance outcomes, business pathway goals and improvements and ultimately its vision, through the support and mentorship of its Registered Home Managers. Develop the Groups competencies as an organisation in order to ensure that its objectives are delivered effectively. Maintain the highest standards of governance. In conjunction with the Proprietor take an active part in the development and guidance of strategic and business planning activities in respect of the homes, the implementation of policy and objectives, monitoring of performance and taking corrective action where necessary to improve performance, To agree and set budgets in negotiation with the Proprietor and Group Accountant, and to lead negotiations with individual home managers ensuring KPI budget targets set can be attained. Ensuring Group compliance with the Care Quality Commission, Health and Social Care Act 2008, and all other associated legislation.
