Care Coordinator Job in Bucks.

Westminster Homecare are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual for the position of Care Coordinator, to work out of our very busy Farnham Common branch near Slough. Along with your colleagues, you will be partially responsible for the running of a block contract for South Bucks County Council supporting the elderly or those with physical or learning disabilities as well as private domestic and/or personal hygiene care packages. You will be required to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team within the office environment. Experience is desirable however full training in our Homecare Roster system will be given; being a car driver and having access to a vehicle is essential to ensure the smooth running of your “desk”. Salary will be discuss at interview. After a 6 month probationary period you will be offered registration on the Health & Social Care Diploma level 3. We are an equal opportunities employer.
