LD Support Worker Job Northampton

My Client is a national company that provide supported living for people with learning disabilities.  They are seeking  full time support workers to work with their services in the Northampton area.

As a support worker, we are looking for individuals with experience in working with individuals with learning / physical disabilities and associated complex needs.

You will be supporting people with everyday tasks in life to further individual’s independence and arranging and participating in social activities etc.

The successful candidates will be experienced support workers, with NVQ2 or a minimum of 3 years experience working in care, ideally with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and complex needs.   For personal care reasons, all applicants must be female

The most important skills you can bring to us are life skills – patience, commitment, initiative and understanding.

Driving and own transport  is  essential,

Rates – £6.50 – £6.95 per hour depending on experience
