Green Care Management are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Home Manager with NVQ4 with experience to work with patients with Learning Disabilities at a small Residential Care Home in the Redhill area of Surrey.

As the Deputy Care Home Manager you will assistant the Registered Manager to take care of the overall needs of the home, and take charge in their absence, this includes being in charge of staffing and the CARE that is given to the patients within the home. nursing care to patients experience mental health problems. You will be NVQ 4 or above qualified, have experience of working within a small residential home. Must have experience of working with patients with Learning Disabilities. Must have had some managerial experience working within a similar environment.
