Green Care Management are looking to recruit a Care Home Manager job seeker with NVQ4 with experience working with patients with Learning Disabilities and within a small Residential Care Home in the Redhill area of Surrey.

As the Care Home Manager you will become the registered manager to take care of the overall needs of the home, this includes being in charge of staffing and the Care that is given to the patients within the home. nursing care to patients experience mental health problems. You will also be working closely with the CQC, Budgeting and Finance and administration.

You will be NVQ 4 or above qualified, have experience of working in Residential Homes. Must have experience of working with patients with Learning Disabilities. You must have managerial experience and experience working with the CQC, budgeting and finance and administration.
