LD Care Home Manager – New Service

Green Care Management are urgently currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to commission and manage a large purpose built Learning Disabilities and complex needs service in the Baldock area of Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate should be:
• Very strong and experienced Home Manager
• Experienced in Learning Disabilities
• Experience in commissioning and starting up new services
• Experience in recruitment
• Able to be hands on

You duties would include:
• Setting up and commissioning the new service
• Recruitment of all staff members
• Filling beds
• Marketing
• Budgeting
• Being ‘hands on’
• Running the home
• Reporting directly into the CEO.
