P9 Recruitment is recruiting for a learning disabilities care home manager job seeker in Luton an established client, a leading provider of social care services.

This is a brand new care home service in central Luton, where you will have the opportunity to recruit your own team, commission your own services/home within the guidelines given and then run this new residential service.

Main Care Home Manager Job Responsibilities:
To drive the commissioning of services, recruitment of a staffing team and then manage this new residential service, being set up in central Luton. Working with and offering services to residents with complex and challenging learning disabilities experience of this field is absolutely essential.

Qualifications & Experience required:
RNLD qualification or NVQ4/RMA qualifications, with a STRONG background in working with complex and challenging learning disability clients. Perhaps in a hospital or residential setting.
