LD Care Home Manager – Bedworth, near Coventry

Salary: £23,000- £24,000
Location:(Bedworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, Solihul, Rugby, Warwickshire)
Hours:37.5 hour week (Mon to Friday)
Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 Care

We are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to be responsible for the efficient running of a 7 bedroom LD home in Bedworth near Coventry.

You will be looking after a service for the provision of learning disability service users.

You will have strong leadership skills and experience working with people with learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
LD Care Home Manager Job duties include leading and supervising staff, carrying out risk assessments relating to residents, rota management and all aspects of daily management.
Successful Home Manager applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure will be met by employer.

You will have Management experience of service provision in the care profession and a minimum standard of NVQ level 4 in care and ‘working towards’ the Registered Manager’s Award.
