Job Title: Home Manager
Service type: 40-50-bedded nursing home for elderly
Location: Prescot, Merseyside
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday-Friday. The responsibilities of this post include managing the deputy manager, staff nurses and care assistants, liaising with all care professionals and visitors, and the day-to-day running of the home.

Person Specification:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in nursing, particularly within nursing homes. You will be enthusiastic, an excellent leader and motivator in order to lead the deputy manager, staff nurses and care assistants. Previous experience in a senior nursing or deputy manager role is essential, along with a passion for elderly care, with the ability and confidence to lead a team.
You must be a registered nurse and have a valid NMC Pin in order to apply.

Benefits:
The salary for this role is around £35,000 per annum. You will also be entitled to a £6000 bonus if quality needs are met through reachable targets. A thorough induction programme and training where needed. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays!
